

- 1 cup self-raising flour
 - 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
 - 1/2 cup vegetable or coconut oil
 - 3/4 cup sugar (raw or plain white)
 - 1 large egg, lightly beaten
 - 40g Tribal Moon Ceremonial Grade Cacao
 - 1 cup shredded coconut
 
Directions:
- Sift the flour, bicarb soda, and Tribal Moon Ceremonial Grade Cacao
into a bowl, stir in shredded coconut and sugar until well combined. - Mix in oil and egg. Use hands to mix thoroughly until mixture comes together to form a crumbly dough.
 - Line a baking tray and divide the mixture into 12 generous-sized balls. Spaced at least 5 cm apart on tray.
 - Bake for 10-18 minutes until the mixture is spread and cracks appear on the surface. Leave on tray to set for 10 minutes and serve immediately
