My life’s mission is : “To help others love and accept themselves fully”

Twelve Years ago I stepped into a yoga studio for the first time, my instant love allowed me to continue a regular practice onboard my sailing vessel and entwine the benefits into my impending cruising lifestyle, sailing from Australia in 2009.  I deepened my practice becoming a Yoga Teacher and began teaching to the my Sailing and broader community, offering my Namaste Ocean Flow in some magic locations throughout the Pacific, Island Communities and now online classes. I became a Gut Health Mentor and have had the pleasure of helping many regain wellness to enjoy life on land and sea fully. I mentor you to develop a yoga journey & healthy gut loving body, through my Yoga, Health and Sail Wellness Program.
