Attracting the Right People into Your Life

“Do you feel like you have been attracting the most incredible people into your life lately? Almost as if your energy is perfectly aligned for incredible people to walk right into your life one after another? “

Do you feel like you have been attracting the most incredible people into your life lately? Almost as if your energy is perfectly aligned for incredible people to walk right into your life one after another? This is actually the story of my life currently. I am blown away by the potent and like-minded people who keep showing up in my life like I am a friggin magnet or something.

It seems we are more inclined to do incredible things when surrounded by beautiful people. And if you aren’t surrounded by these types of high vibe people right now, don’t worry. It’s not too late to attract these people into your life. Here’s what I did to welcome and invite people with similar interests in my journey:

Be honest with yourself.

I got super clear on my goals and everything I needed to do to make my dreams a reality. Be honest with yourself. What are your goals? What do you want in a job? And what types of people would be a good fit for them? You may have to think long and hard about the answer to these questions, but it’s worth it. What are your values? Are they reflected in what you do? If not, maybe this isn’t the right place for you. Be discerning and transparent in what you want and your goals.

Be consistent and hold yourself accountable.

Start with a list of what you want. You may have already started this process by giving yourself permission to be picky or asking yourself what kind of person would be good for you, but now it’s time to get specific. Make a list of the qualities that are important to you and why those qualities matter. Once you have the list, hold yourself accountable for it. I have consistently held myself accountable for the words and energy I put out to the world.

Think about how all these qualities and things relate to each other: What do they say about your values? Your aspirations? Your priorities? Your long-term goals? Once you’ve made your lists for different aspects of attraction (spouse/lover/friend), family members (mother/father), co-workers (colleagues), and managers (bosses) look at them as a whole picture instead of individually as a person.

Be present and authentic.

It's difficult to appeal to like-minded people if you aren't living your true authentic self.

Cacao ceremony
The sacred space blessed by the gods: Cacao ceremony

You need to let them see for who and what you indeed are to appeal to them. When I became present and focused on my representation of self and how I show up, the way I move, the tone in which I speak, and the energy I bring to the world, it was as if I am a magnet of unique and potent people. The process of attracting the right people begins with you. This means that it’s essential for you to be aware of what makes a good person and then reflect on your own qualities. Holding a ceremonial-grade cacao ceremony allows you to look inward and discern yourself. Consequently, you can also drink Tribal Moon cacao post-meditation to provide mental clarity.

Stay focused.

“Want to attract the right people? Stay focused on your goals. I am aligned with my soul’s purpose in this lifetime, with a laser focus on doing what I love to do and being how I love to be. Sometimes, it’s easy to forget that we need time by ourselves.”

You’ve heard it before: you have to be comfortable with yourself before you can attract other people. There are plenty of distractions that will derail you from your path and purpose. They can be tempting, but you won’t stray away from your way when you are laser-focused. And along with that path are the people you are meant to be sharing the journey with.

Think about the friendships you already have.

I consistently surrounded myself with people who carry the qualities I value. Consider your existing relationships. Are these people fulfilling your purpose and leading you to the desired path? Since you have the list of qualities and values you prioritize, it becomes easier for you to find these people who reflect your own values.

The bottom line

jouIf your goal is to attract people who value excellence, you must be willing to make an effort required for excellence. Knowing what you want and your goals are winning half the battle. Staying true to yourself, working towards your authentic self, and staying consistent with your goals are challenging. I know you are busy, and I totally get it. Sometimes, it’s easier to put off the work and stay comfortable doing what you always do.

However, if you want to walk to a purposeful life attracting the right people, you need to do the work. Once you start the journey of your authentic self, the right people will start walking into your life, one after another. Have you been attracting like-minded people in your life? If you do, what have you done to invite and welcome them to your life? Share your story through the comment section below.
