Directions:

  1. Sift the flour, bicarb soda, and Tribal Moon Ceremonial Grade Cacao
    into a bowl, stir in shredded coconut and sugar until well combined.
  2. Mix in oil and egg. Use hands to mix thoroughly until mixture comes together to form a crumbly dough.
  3. Line a baking tray and divide the mixture into 12 generous-sized balls. Spaced at least 5 cm apart on tray.
  4. Bake for 10-18 minutes until the mixture is spread and cracks appear on the surface. Leave on tray to set for 10 minutes and serve immediately
