Tribal Moon Cacao and coconut bliss balls:

Mixing ingredients:

You can melt the cacao with some hot water and stir, (you do not need to grate or but it) not boiling water, but very hot (almost boiling) is fine, it cools to below 87c very quickly and will not effect the strength of the cacao.

Add all ingredients into mixing bowl. Weigh in 100 grams of rolled oats, 70g Tribal Moon Cacao, 6 pitted dates, 100 grams of sultanas, 2 table spoons of honey and 2 table spoons of desiccated coconut

Place lid and mixing cup on, Mix all the ingredients together 12 seconds speed 6

Making the Bliss Balls

1. Mixture will look rather grainy and soft to touch
2. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut on a plate
3. Dampen your hand with a touch of water then start making small bliss balls about 3 cm wide, rolling the ingredients in the palm of your hand, then rolls them lightly on the plate with the desiccated coconut
4. Continue to make bliss balls until all mixture is used up, will make up to 12-14 depending on the size
5. Store in air tight container in the fridge for up to an hour or until set before eating.
6. Bliss balls will keep for up to 2 weeks in the fridge
