If you have ever attended a Tribal Moon Cacao Event or one of Jay Hoad’s Sound Healings or Spiritual Events, this is the incredibly delicious cacao recipe you were served.

CEREMONIAL CACAO RECIPE FOR 2 PEOPLE

• 90g Tribal Moon Ceremonial Grade Cacao
• 400ml Almond Milk
• 40ml Coconut Cream
• 200ml Water
• 40ml Maple Syrup (or Honey) Add less or more pending on your taste
• Teaspoon of Nutmeg
• Teaspoon of Black Pepper
• Pinch of Cinnamon
• Pinch of Himalayan Rock Salt,
• Paprika, Cumin, to taste etc.
• Optional extras include Vanilla or essential oil including orange, peppermint etc

DIRECTIONS:

Turn the stovetop burner to 8 out of 10.

Add Tribal Moon Cacao into your favourite pot with boiled water & Almond Milk. Place on the stove top and keep stirring as the cacao melts.

NEVER LEAVE THE CACAO, if it boils or burns, it will lose some of its medicinal magic.

Drop-in setting intentions and blessings with deep gratitude and feelings of love and abundance.

Continue to stir slowly, add coconut cream, spices and sweeteners.

This whole process from turning the gas on should take around 10 to 15 minutes.

IMPORTANT NOTES: DO NOT BRING TO BOILING POINT AS THIS WILL AFFECT THE DIVINE ELEMENTS OF THIS PLANT MEDICINE.

NOTES: We always vary our recipes, so have lots of fun playing with them, feel free to do the same and vary all and any ingredients to your own taste.

You will have enough for another half cup of more each at the end, always great the next day in smoothies, bliss balls, mousse, etc

We also recommend drinking lots of water after a ceremony to keep hydrated.
