On a Paleo diet? Try this chocolatey and delightful brownie that’s made with cassava flour!
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with foil, extending foil over edges of pan.
In a small saucepan, heat oil, chocolate, and honey over medium-low until melted and smooth.
Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in eggs and vanilla until combined.
Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until combined. Spoon into the prepared pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until set. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Use foil to lift uncut brownies from the pan. Cut into squares and enjoy!
